Identify Non-Speaking Characters

Want to track non-speaking characters that are present in scenes? Easily tag them so they can be identified in filters and reports such as the Character Scenes Filter, Locations & Scenes Report, and Document Statistics!

Tag Non-Speaking Characters

For non-speaking characters to be identifiable, they must be mentioned in an action line or another character's dialogue.

  1. Open the Tagger through Tools > Tagger
  2. Highlight to select the character name in the text
  3. Check the option in the Tagger for Cast Members 
    1. The name will change to the tag color
  4. Open the desired filter or report to see the non-speaking character listed
